HONOLULU (Island News) — The locally-produced documentary, “Shaka, a story of Aloha” will make its world premiere tomorrow night at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific film festival.
As Island News’ Rick Quan reports, the film’s producer is hoping this documentary will not just be educational but help spur a movement.
It’s not easy telling the story of the iconic shocker. But with the help of veteran Hollywood director Bryan Spicer, musician Henry Kapono and Kamehameha Schools, producer Steve Sue is ready for its official unveiling.
