By entering a name for an acknowledged sponsorship or donation, you herein certify that you grant permission for ID8 to publish this name and any associated likeness including but not limited to sponsor's logo in the filmʻs credits and/or in promotions in any existing and future media format for perpetuity. If you have named anyone or any entity other than yourself, you hereby certify that you have previously obtained permission from the named party or entity and if the named is a minor, that you have gained permission from the minor's legal guardian for ID8 to publish the minor's name in the film and/or in promotions in any existing and future media format for perpetuity. For any name entered, you herein agree to be solely responsible for any and all liabilities and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ID8 for any and all damages.
